Following her successful christening last month, the 44.27-metre Conrad superyacht ACE has completed her first sea trials in Gdansk, Poland. The flagship C144S yacht is Poland’s largest superyacht built to date.
ACE is constructed from steel and aluminium and has been built to Lloyd’s classification for an experienced Swiss customer, who entrusted the construction of his dream boat to Conrad Shipyard. The owner was introduced to the Polish shipyard by the team at The Luxury Charter Group.
The 494 GT motor yacht is characterised by a straight bow with large sweeping windows. ACE features exterior design from prestigious designers Reymond Langton Design Ltd, while the team at the Netherlands-based Diana Yacht Design was responsible for her naval architecture and engineering.
The tri-deck motor yacht is able to accommodate up to 10 guests across five stylish staterooms, as well a crew of nine. ACE features a beam of nearly nine-metres with a bespoke interior by m2atelier. Highlights onboard include a cinema, two bars, four lounge areas and an infinity pool on her sundeck.
ACE is equipped with twin Caterpillar engines that propel her to a top speed of 13 knots, a cruising speed of 11 knots and a 4,000 nautical mile range when cruising at 10 knots. The owner was advised and represented before contract and throughout the entire build by the team at Nicolai Yacht Consulting & Project Management, who managed the project on the owner’s behalf.
The second hull in the C144S yacht series has already moved to outfitting with an expected delivery date of summer 2023. The third hull in the series is currently available for sale with construction ready to start immediately.
